Paul is a senior associate with Intergage Consulting Group Inc. and is a recognized specialist in the field of organizational ethics, with extensive practical experience in the development and implementation of ethics strategies and programs.
He is the owner and president of the "Paul Maillet CENTER FOR ETHICS" and a board member of the Ethics Practitioners Association of Canada (EPAC). Paul is on the University of Ottawa Educator's Honour Roll for ethics in governance teaching at the MBA level, and is a consultant responsible for the Ethics and Values Group at the First Nations Development Network Inc. Paul is also a Partner in the area of Ethics, Values and Spirit at the Strathmere Management Centre. He spent four years as Director of Defence Ethics in the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND), where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the Defence Ethics Program for more than 100,000 military personnel, civilians, reserves and cadets.
Paul has extensive practical experience and expertise in developing applications of organizational ethics and internal disclosure mechanisms in public-sector departments. He was a member of the Federal Co-champions Advisory Steering Group to Janice Cochrane and Scott Serson, a group that originally influenced the development and approach to public-service values and ethics as it exists today.
He has extensive executive experience, and has produced a wide-ranging series of publications relating to organizational ethics that reflect global best practices and Canadian Public Service Applications.
